Being autumn on the Coast when this pano was captured, conditions were cold, wet, and unpredictable. I had only a fleeting hour to photograph the Milky Way core rising perfectly behind the falls. The air was thick with mist, the roar of water drowned all sound, and every rock was slick underfoot. After several attempts over the years, this is the end result.
