This image shows Cygnus over the Tasman Glacier and Southern Alps. You can make out the distinctive veil, tulip and crescent nebulae. These nebulae are rarely photographed in New Zealand, as they do not rise very high above the horizon. However, that allows for unique compositions over landscape features.
