The Corona Australis Molecular Cloud looks surreal. The faint nebulosity looks like a thin vail of smoke spreading out in the nothingness. Th bright NGC6726/27 and IC2812 is lighting up part of the nebula in a lovely bright blue light.
This was taken with a colour camera and the image was colour calibrated so these are the real colours.
It took me three days to image it and I finished processing it a few hours before the deadline ;-)
