While my trip nearly ended prematurely due to the car breaking down, with great perserverance I managed to make it to the hut by nightfall. I had time to sleep before venturing out to shoot a location I didn't get to see in daylight. Thankfully it all worked out, and the terrain even seemed to form an arc which mirrored the Milky Way.
