At the beginning of May 2024, there was a series of clear, dark (and freezing cold) nights. With our galaxy in the almost vertical position, these were the perfect conditions for capturing the Milky Way above The Remarkables. There is this short stretch of road leading up the hills above Jacks Point, from which you can't see the town below. The ideal place for night photography.
