The West Coast has always been one of my favorite places to shoot. This secluded beach provided an opportunity to highlight the rugged, dark side of the Coast. In processing, I stripped most of the color from the Milky Way to maintain harmony with the dark foreground, but I added a hint of colour back in for a bit of visual pop in the Milky Way.
