Settings:
Sky RGB: 11 frames x 4 rows (approximately), each shot at 40mm, f1.8, ISO1250, 30 second exposures. Merged and processed in Photoshop.
Sky (Rho region): Stack of 15 frames, each shot at 40mm, f1.8, ISO1250, 90 second exposures.
Foreground: 12 frames x 4 rows (approximately), each shot at 40mm, f9, ISO800, 1/20th of a second exposures. Merged in PTGui.
Final blend and adjustments done in Photoshop and Lightroom.
